Eat a Persian Breakfast to Become BIGGER & STRONGER!


Have you watched the movie 300 and said to yourself that “wow these 300 guys are ripped” and probably you think that the story is true about them conquering Persians. In the movie they make Persians look so weak and small but the truth is that the movie is not based on anything and it never happened and Persians are not small and weak. If you ever decide to go to Iran and see the statues of the Heroes than you will see how huge they were. The best weight lifters in the world are from Iran and the good genetics and their nutrition must have been played a big role in their success. 





 I am going to reveal the best breakfast a serious athlete can eat. This breakfast is feed to kids or men in Iran that workout a lot. 

For this breakfast you are going to need: 

1 tsp Olive Oil (This is really good for your heart) 

A little bit salt

3 Eggs


6 Dates without the seed in the middle (Dates are a really good source of healthy carbs, protein, vitamin B1,B2, Iron and they are really sweet, so the sugar will give you an amazing rush) 


Let the oil fry for 5 minutes than put the dates in first so the Dates get softer and after that add the eggs with salt. The best thing to do is to scramble the eggs so you get a balanced flavor.

I have been eating this since the beginning of the summer for breakfast and I can recommend you that, if you work out at least once or twice per day than you should give this a try,
