Today the world championship in athletics ended in Russia. Among them we saw the great athletic, Bolt from Jamaica. Today he made history as the first male to win 10 medals in a world championship. Bolt won 8 gold and 2 silver medals and he is extremely happy about that he says to a Swedish newspaper.
But the biggest thing that made the news here in Sweden revolving Bolt was the harsh critic he gave about the arrangement for the contestants, when he was in the Olympic in London he showered London, and the games and everything around it with love and positive feedback. But this was not the case for Russia and the World Championship.
He said that they got the same food everyday, that the security was poor and that people was able to get way to close to him before the competitions. But the biggest complains, not just from him but many other athletics competing this years, were the starting block. According to the contestants they were very different from the previous year and they were not used to them, and they also said they did not give full support.
But in the end Bolt gave Russia a 7 out of 10 which isn't that bad, but it was all because the women he said, to the news paper Bolt said "The women here a very beautiful".
So congratulations to all the contestant in this championship and congratulations to Sofi Flink who broke the Swedish record on her first throw, only 18 years old!
