So I was thinking about sharing a few tips of what you can do in Gothenburg, if you plan to visit, or even if you just live here and have been running out of things to do.
Goteborg Archipelago:
If you go come here, our archipelago is a must! It's amazing, beautiful and filled with good places to barbecue and go swimming. If you want to go out to the archipelago you take the 11 tram to Saltholmen, and go across the street to the ferry. Then there are a wide selection of boats that will take you to all the islands. Usually the houses on the islands looks like the once on the picture, but now a lot of people moved out permanently to the islands, so now you have a wide selections from traditional boat houses, and luxurious houses that will make your jaws drop.
Volvo Museum:
A great place to see the history of Volvo, Volvo Aero, Volvo Penta, Volvo buses, Volvo trucks, Volvo IT, and Volvo Industrial equipment!
Universeum:
Unicerseum is a science museum, mostly designed for kids, but I promise you that you will have just as fun as the kids, if not more! They have a rainforest section, with animals in it. They have a lab section, where you can experiment with stuff and it's really a blast.
Liseberg:
It's Scandinavians largest amusement park filled with so many rides, from an award winning wooden roller-coaster, and AtmosFear the highest free fall ride in Europe, and you can go on the Lisebergs wheel and see the whole city from above. And every Monday during the summer, they have live recording of the Swedish sin along show "Lotta På Liseberg"
