Working out has always been my passion and I have always been open minded to new workouts. My latest workout plan is the resistance bands.
While I was in New York I met this athletic guy in my gym, his body was big but also defined. I expected him to do bench-presses and crazy shoulder presses but to my surprise he took out a few latex bands out of his bag and started to do some exercises. The exercises looked really simple but he did put off a sweat so I asked him what he was doing and if this was some kind of rehab. He told me that he has been doing this for years and he would never change his workout. He explained to me that working out with the resistance bands is very beneficial and he wanted me to give it 3 months and then see the difference.

I have been doing this for the last 2 weeks and I can say that it is much more difficult than lifting weights but at the same time I have understood what he meant with the difference.
