NBA Fines Rockets For Dwight Howard Comments

There are rumors about Howard staying in the Lakers while many believe that he is going to the Houston Rockets. A few days ago the Houston Rockets GM Daryl Morey announced proudly that Dwight Howard has signed with the Houston Rockets and they are happy to have him on the team. What the GM did not know was that the free agency opened July 1; deals can't become official until Wednesday, after the 2013-14 salary cap is set. Because of this announcement, the Houston Rockets got fined $150,000. Hopefully the next time they don’t announce anything too fast.
