BODYBALANCE

As a basketball player it's important that I workout, especially now before the seasons start again. As a basketball player, or an athlete over all many things are important, like speed, strength, endurance, and flexibility. And flexibility is something I'm working a lot on, this summer in able to become the very best I can be for this upcoming season. So I would like to recommend bodybalance, which is a group session workout. 


Bodybalance is a wonderful mix of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates where you become leaner, stronger and calmer. With a focus on breathing, concentration and stretch your body and strength training in various yoga and pilates positions to music. You get both training and an internal focus that gives you balance and harmony in the body. Bodybalance contains yoga based exercises and you need no experience of yoga in order to participate and get results of your workout.
