A couple a days ago I told you all about body balance, today I want to recommend another group training to you, body combat. Group training sessions is really fun, and for me it's in one way kind of relaxing, for once you have someone to tell you what to do, and hot to do it and you don't have to worry about doing the exercise wrong.
Group training is really something I would recommend to people who are new at the gym, and I know that many people feel embarrassed going to the gym in the beginning, I've had a lot of people telling me that they feel out of place, fat, or not as fit and strong as the other people there, or just that they can't find the motivation to go to the gym. Well them group training is really good for you! And believe there are group training for everyone out there. So what is body combat?
