Knees, joints or skin issues? Tried Omega-3? If no maybe you should give it a try.
A few weeks ago I was on my way home from our basketball practice and I was having a bag of ice on my knees and a man on the train asked me why I was having the bag of ice on my knees, so I told him because from time to time my knees hurt after a tough practice on our court. My knees swells and I put a bag of ice on it and the pain goes away. He told me that it is good to ice your knees but the secret to having healthy knees are Omega-3.

Omega-3 works like a lubricate for our joints and knees, you can find Omega-3 in fish, nuts or easily through pills which can be found at any supplement store such as GNC.
I said to myself, well I can’t lose that much on it if it’s not working because the pills cost about $12 and you get about 360 of them. I take 3 pills in the morning and 3 in the night, to be honest I have been feeling an increase in my knees mobility after 2 weeks.
I guess the stranger on the train was right, and they say you should not talk to strangers?
