Octoberfest

Today and tomorrow is the last to days to get the complete German experience here in Gothenburg. A 4 days Octoberfest is being held here on Heden, with real beer tents, Tyrolean music and traditional German Octoberfest outfits.

Octoberfest is an 200 year old tradition that started in München, and I can say that it is a fun tradition that involves, amazing food, music, dancing and of course beer drinking, it is a German tradition we are talking about here.

The Octoberfest started in 2011 here in Sweden, but in Stockholm the capital of Sweden. But this year they decided to give the people in Gothenburg their own Octoberfest and so far it has been very much appreciated.
