Lorcaserin, safe way to lose weight?



Lately I have heard people around my gym talk about this new drug that is supposed to make you lose weight fast. I am pretty skeptical when it comes to “fat burning” pills because to me all of them are waste of money, but for own interest I did some research about this pill.

Lorcaserin acts as an anorectic, which means it maintains you without an appetite. This pill was banned when it first time was introduced in 2009 to the FDA because it concerned the health and safety. But in 2012 unfortunately the FDA approved it based on new studies.
I have read some reviews from people and many claim that they have lost weight the first 3 weeks but that mostly happens for two reasons. First reason is that these people that lose many pounds are usually extremely overweight and it is normal to lose many pounds during the first weeks but if not a proper diet and exercise applies then these people will gain that weight pretty fast. The second reason is that these “fat burner” pills get rid of a lot of water from our body. Imagine that over 60% of our weight is water, so is it good to get rid of it? Most people think that they lose pounds of fat which they don’t.
My advice would be stay away from the pills just eat, sleep and workout right and you will be amazing.

Youtube, the Best Motivator



I believe that in life you need a few things to boost you up so you can reach for success, one of them is motivation. Motivation is like an energy drink for the mind, motivation keeps you going when everything is against you. It could be everything in our life from going for a job or working out in the gym.

 Everyone sees motivation from their own perspective; some get motivated easily while some have issues with it. For me motivation has been my God, without motivation I would have never been here . When I feel that things are getting tough in life the first thing I will do is searching for things that could motivate me, it could be everything from a video clip or a motivational story. This way I keep going all the time without breaks and as I see it, this really works for me. 

Evert night before I go to sleep I watch one or two motivational videos on YouTube so when I wake up early in the morning I have no excuse from not going to workout.

A couple a days ago I told you all about body balance, today I want to recommend another group training to you, body combat. Group training sessions is really fun, and for me it's in one way kind of relaxing, for once you have someone to tell you what to do, and hot to do it and you don't have to worry about doing the exercise wrong.
