Well, not it really doesn’t matter what kind of person you are, as long as you have a smartphone all your worries are gone. Now there are a variety of apps out there to help you if you have problems getting up in the morning, and I will list a few for you guys.
2. Sleep If You Can: This is an alarm that forces you out of the bed. It works like this, you take a picture of something in your house or apartment, preferably something outside of the bedroom like a lamp or anything, and then for the alarm to shut off you have to take the same picture again, and the pictures have to match.
