Is it possible to eat food and lose weight?  Well there are some foods that can make that possible, but don’t believe that you can eat the food and stay home and do nothing. These foods can help you to burn fat if you are in a workout routine. 

The three foods that can help you lose weight are:

1.       Pomegranate- This fruit is one of the most popular food for the fitness junkies because of all the benefits it brings. It taste delicious, lower you bad cholesterol, higher the good cholesterol, helps the metabolic system to burn more fat. You can find pomegranate as a fruit or as a juice but be careful that you drink real pomegranate juice and not any kind of soda with pomegranate flavor.

2.       Garlic- Everyone knows that you should eat a lot of garlic when you get sick because it will help you immune system to get better. But now scientist have found out that garlic will prevent from future heart attacks and also helping your body to lose the extra fat around you belly. 


3.       Apples- Not only are they delicious and cheap they are also another key element to not gain weight. The function of apples on the body is to prevent the body to absorbing to much fat and a study in Brazil showed that if you eat apples on a regular basis than you would not go and eat snacks or extra food.
