Working out on Vacation


Going on any vacation soon? If you are addicted to working out like me, what will you do if you are in a nice hotel but there is no gym in there? I can give you the 4 most important workouts you will need before hitting the beach or going out for the night. 

1.       Running on the bed- Like every kid does when they see a new bed, they jump on it. But what you should do is to run for 30 sec X 4 times on the bed with high knees and I can promise you that you will break a sweat. 



2.       Pushups- Regular classical pushups so you work on your chest. You can but your arms closer to your body so you will work on the arms too.  Do this 20 X 3 times

3.       Sit ups- Crunches or regular sit ups for 2 min x 3 times



4.       Pushups on your shoulder- This might be too advance for some people but by doing this I can guarantee you that your shoulder will look buff when you go out. It is difficult to do for rookies but if you have someone who can hold your legs while you are doing it, then you would do fine. Do this 6 x 4 times and if you feel that it is easy then add to the reps.

This might take 30 minutes to do but you would look ripped and buff for the day. After all working out is like a drug and most of us are addictive to it.
