Super-bowl, NBA Finals, Stanley Cup or Olympics you name it! These are the biggest event to watch and the question is how do YOU prepare for these events? Are you one of those that have to have the whole family at home to watch these events or do you like to sit by yourself and drown yourself in snacks and candy?
I am one of those that take the events really serious and if you are not going to watch the whole game with me than you can’t show up to the event.
I do believe that having good food and drinks around you during events are important because it gives the whole thing an extra notch. When I watch games I do not care about eating a lot of carbs or unhealthy foods because these events only occurs a few times during the year and I do afford to relax sometimes from the strict diets and workouts.
In our family it is tradition to prepare ourselves before the games with at least:
4 Bags of chips
3 Bags of Cheetos
5 Big Bottles of coca cola
5 Ben& Jerry’s
3 lb candy
I think we consume over 10 000 calories per person on one day and that is equal to 5 days of a normal persons consumption of calories.
When you wake up with all of those stuff in your stomach, you do remember why you should not eat this kind of crap!
