For some people, losing weight must be the toughest challenge. Some people can work out forever and still not see any changes. That is when the diet kicks in to change your life.
I used to be like this, I used to eat a lot and workout a lot. I did see changes, a lot of cracks in my skin because of the heavy lifting and fast growth. My purpose was never to grow bigger but I did not know that diet had to do so much with the workout. I used to have maybe 2 meals per day and they were huge. What happen with my body was that it started to save up all the food as fat cells and it was stored in my body so I got fatter and fatter with the time. So I was walking around hungry the whole day and I had only 2 meals per day and I was gaining weight. I did not know what I was doing wrong until a friend of mine that lost an amazing amount of weight and got really jacked told me how to lose weight without being hungry.
The key is to let your metabolic system work rather than you doing extra sprints at the gym or run for 30 min extra because you are not eating right. If you metabolic system is burning calories on its own than if you miss a day or two day at the gym you will still burn calories.
So how do you boost your metabolic system?
It is easy, you should eat less but you should eat a few more times during the day.
It should look like this
Breakfast in the morning – Eggs, milk, whole wheat bread
Something small in between the lunch- low fat yogurt, fruits, nuts,
Lunch- Chicken breast with brown rice
Something small in between Dinner – Nuts, fruits, yogurt
Dinner- Fish and salad
Night snack- Fruits, egg white or protein shake.
It does look really easy but if you cheat than you will see no effects on your body. This might take time but you should be patient
