Today me and my friend went to Coney Island and not for the rides, we went for the mermaid parade. Every year in June Coney Island arrange a huge mermaid parade. Almost everyone in the parade dresses like a mermaid or any sea creature and after the parade they will have a Mermaid Queen and a King.
This year like last year we were lucky with the weather and this is something you have to experience if you are in New York City!
