Ever since I moved to New York I always wondered where I could find a real mall. I know that there is one on 34 st and one on Columbus circle, but I wanted to go to a mall that is huge, one that you see in the movies all the time. So therefor I decided to go all the way deep in to Queens to visit this new built mall called Rego Center. They had many stores and everything was cheaper than in Manhattan. The biggest stores were Marshalls, Tj Maxx and Century 21. I got lost in the stores because of all the clothes and shoes.
They also sell food in the mall in case you get hungry after all the shopping. I recommend you to go to Moe’s. It’s like Chipotle but it is cheaper and better. We ordered two huge burriots with chips and drink and we only paid less than $6 each! This is what I call some good cheap food, even the salsa bar was for free.
To get to the mall:
Take the R or M train up town and get off at Rego Center and when you get out you will see a huge big red mall
