Pre-Season Conditioning



Pre-season workout is about getting  the team chemistry together and refine the summer workout. On Friday we had a great practice with important tactics and ways to solve different situations that we can be put into. Things such as 4 against 3 and 5 against 4 are some of the exercises we do on practice. When we do these exercises it is important to have faith in you teammates, that they will do their job and at the same time help in defense.  These situations are pretty tough to handle if you are not on a same pace as your teammates but as coaches all over the world says “ If you communicate in defense, then automatically you will have an extra defender on the court”  

In the end of the practice, our coach called us in and I thought the practice was over. I had even started to take my shoes of so I could hurry out to the locker room, but apparently we had 20 min left to workout and guess what; we had 20 min of insane conditioning. We were doing slides, jumping, sprinting etc…  Most cases I don’t like to do conditioning in the end of the practice but this time it felt good because everyone seemed motivated and that inspired everyone.

Almost time for our first game!
