Hurricane Sandy hit yesterday night in Manhattan and parts of Brooklyn, unfortunately nothing happen here. You might think I am crazy for saying this but hey you want to see some action when things like this happens. Don’t forget how much hype there was for the hurricane and now when it is over I am laughing at the people that empty the grocery stores. At least someone made money out of this, but something funny I saw yesterday was that apparently a wall from a building in Chelsea had fell down and you could see into people’s apartment. I was thinking imagine if that would happen to me, out of nowhere my wall would fall out on the street. Don’t know if I would cry or laugh.
Today I could not sit at home anymore, so I walked to the Astoria Park which is a really nice place to work out. If I sit home, I will be bored and when I am bored I start to eat and then I will get out of shape so I had to work out. Got a text message from Berkeley saying that we don’t have any school tomorrow either so god have mercy on me tomorrow because I don’t know what to do at home anymore. Not only are school and the gym closed, also the Subway is closed so we can’t get in to the city without a car.
