Have you ever thought that, if the world would be a city which city would it be? Without a doubt the answer should be New York City. Because New York has every culture in the world in the same city. Im not saying that other countries or cities don’t have different cultures but in New York you can for an ex get on a train and almost every stop will get you to a new culture and new “country”. We have China town around canal st, the Greeks in Astoria, Uptown are the Dominicans, 32 st the Koreans, Steinway in Queens that’s where the Arabic people lives. So no matter where you go you will see something new and exciting and the best part is that ever nation has their own day with parades and parties and this is respected by the people and encouraged.
Yesterday me and some friends were heading to go to K town to eat food. They have some good food over there you should try it. When we got to K town we realized that they had a parade going on, and lots of tents with food. Things they had going on during this parade was, talented chefs that were teaching people how to cook delicious food and there were some young Korean singers on stage to entertain the people.
It was very funny and interesting and you can’t stop learning from different cultures in New York. You got to be lucky to live here.
