Today I woke up and realized that the sun was shining and I had two things to do today: get my workout like every day and watch some soccer.
Right now in my city we are having the biggest youth soccer tournament in the world. The name of this tournament is Gothia Cup and almost every country in the world has teams in the tournament.
Gothia Cup is so amazing because it's where young athletes can experience the feeling of playing pro soccer. The courts are packed with supporters from every country. People are running around the city with flags from every corner on this planet. It is just an amazing week.
Today I watched a Swedish team play against a Serbian team. As you can see on the pictures it was big crowd. And this was not even a main event, so imagine how many people were watching during those big games.
As a surprise I ran in to a few teams from US. I talked to them and asked them what they thought about Sweden; their first answer was “It is cold”. But they did enjoy the tournament and they said that we had a beautiful city.
