Working out for Summer


Around this time of the year the gym is packed with people. Everybody is trying to get in shape before summer.
So I, like everyone else have to be in the gym to workout and get in shape, not just because of the look, it’s more because of basketball and to take my game to the next level.
 How do you really lose weight and keep it that way? A lot of people lose weight really fast during a short period by doing things such as, stop eating enough, making crazy diets, working-out and not eating right, that leads you to gain weight fast once you start to eat again.  I remember when I took a science class at Berkeley, the professor said. “What you have to think about is that your body needs the nutrition while you are working out.  By stop eating and working-out, you will only break down the muscles and also building a lot of fat cells in your body which will lead you to gain weight.”

 So from this week I will keep a strict diet where I am not allowed to eat any carbs. I am only allowed to eat, protein and fat. If you want to lose weight you have to feed your body with the right fat such as, Omega 3 and Omega 6 which you can find in fish and raw nuts.
