Using your phone at the gym

Have you ever been in the gym and you feel ready to workout and the music seems good but before you start the song changes and you suddenly do not feel that hyped anymore.
These days almost everyone has an I phone or a smartphone and these phones are capable to do many things.
1.       Music- The first and best thing with music in your phone is that you can have your own special playlist that will get you pumped to do extra reps at the gym

2.       Training book- With a smartphone you can probably download 1000’s of different apps that can help you workout for free. Almost like a mini version of a personal trainer.
3.       Talking with friends- Many say that you should leave your phone in the locker when you workout because it will make you lose focus. That is true if you are lifting weights or doing strength training, but if you are walking on a treadmill with a normal pace then talking on the phone would be a great choice to forget that you have been walking for 30 min, but have respect for others around you.
I always bring my phone with me when I workout , you never know if there might be an emergency. So if you don’t have a pocket for the phone then you should definitely buy one of those phone pockets that you can strap around your arm.
