Outdoor Workout with Khakpour



Last day of my off season workout in Sweden and we ended up to workout outdoors.  Usually I don’t workout outdoors because concrete is not good for my knees and back so I try to stay indoors as much as I can and we cannot forget that Sweden is a country where it rains a lot so you can’t actually depend on the weather. 




We got 500 shots up and ended the day with some jumping and handle drills, my friend had just came back from a ACL injury and we were supposed to take it easy due to his knees.  What we can’t do is take something easy we always say that we are not going to go hard but a few minutes in the workout we both go crazy on the court and the killing part is when we play one on one. This guy is a 6’3 PF and he weighs about 260lb, playing defense on him is like stopping a tank. Toughest player I have ever played against. Playing against him benefits me, because I have to learn how to play defense on a stronger player. I am used to play defense on shorter and faster guards.




It’s about challenging each other and we play tough, we fight, we argue but at the end of the day we are brothers and we only play so tough against each other so we can only get better. 

Now is time for me to pack my stuff and come back to New York.
