Last nights practice must have been one of the best practices we ever had, the reason and the key word is HEART! We really put our heart into that practice, our coach was trying to break us down mentally by making us do suicides and tap drills. The only way we were going to be able to stop doing those drills was that everyone was going to put their heart into the practice, showing that they wanted to win at any costs.
It was one of those practices when you are about to start doing an exercise you do not feel so good about it, but once everyone is on the same page and when you succeed you will become so happy. Most people knows this feeling, it doesn’t have to do with sports it could be a ten page school assignment that has to be done and once everything comes together and you are done you will be filled with happiness.
Don’t forget that everything we do in life we are doing it for a reason and even though it might look stupid you still want to the best out of it.
