Waking up to clouds and rain made me think that today is going to be like the rest of the week with terrible weather. But fortunately the sun came out and made everything perfect.
I went to the DMV on 34 st to get a New York State Id but when I got there I got shocked by how long the lines were. Just the info line was about an hour long then the photo line was at least three hours, then there was another line which I did not even care about anymore because it had at least 50 people in it. So I just walked out and decided to come back earlier another day.
After the failing to get an ID my friend called me and told me to come to New Jersey so we could see the beautiful view of New York. I had never been in Jersey before and for some reason I thought it would not look so great over there, oh boy I was wrong. We walked by the river and took some pictures. I really liked that place and I will definitely come back again.
