Halal Food In NYC

Ever walked on the streets and seen those Halal stands? Well I guess everyone has been seeing them, because they are everywhere hahah. 
Many thinks that the food is bad and taste weird, but believe it or not, the food is amazing. The chicken over rice  is so spicy and delicious and cost only five dollars. 
You can order lamb, chicken, fish or falafel over rice. Falafel  is A Middle Eastern dish of spiced mashed 
chickpeas or other pulses formed into balls and deep-fried. It is delicious. 


Just an advice, do not eat halal food before working out. I can tell from own experience. It takes long time to 
digest and you might end up puking up everything hahah.
