Yesterday was one of the best games we have played for a long time. We played St Josephs on their home turf, the game was definitely a nail biter. Last time we played them on their home court was two years ago and it was my freshman year. I remember that game like it was only weeks ago, that feeling in there is really creepy. The gym is small, the crowd is loud and the refs hates us but we still managed to win the game two years ago with a buzzer beater. Same thing was going to happen yesterday.
We were playing a close game all the time and in half they had a buzzer 3pointer to make them lead the game with 3. We came back in second half and we had turnovers and missed shots and St Josephs were making their shots. There were moments where many believed that the game was over, but we came back and in the last second Jose Stable hit the buzzer beater for the win.
Unbelievable win, but everything is possible as long as we stay together.
