Coach Christiansen's Birthday

Yesterday was a really important day for my teammates and I. It was our coach’s birthday.
My teammates, our assistant coach and I planned to surprise our coach during one of his classes. He and his class were in shock when we marched in singing “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU!!!”

Coach, thanks for always being there for us, thanks for never letting us down. You have taken the impossible and turned it to possible. You took a bunch of boys and turned us into the men we are today. The things you have done for us are things we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Even though I am always joking around with you, I want you to always know that the things you told me the first day I arrived to Berkeley College are the things that keeps me going on every single day. “To succeed in life, you have to make sacrifices” Coach Chris 

You are our Coach, friend, mentor, professor and most important of all, our father!

Enjoy your birthday and my gift to you will be the USCCA National Championship 2014!

16:00 / DENTIST (2)

 Now, when already the evening I watch a program about the project "The Bachelor." I was waiting for it in the course of this week! Madly in love with this show.

And now I think about the plans for tomorrow. So much to do, it is clear that I can't do everything for tomorrow, so I need to choose where to start. And yes, I think I go tomorrow to a certificate, that is my prom. But I didn't have done, that might to do, but my friends asking me to come, so we will look-look ...

Теперь, когда уже вечер я смотрю передачу о проекте "Холостяк". Я её так ждала в течении этой недели!!! Безумно люблю это шоу.

И сейчас я думаю о планах на завтра. Столько всего нужно сделать, что понятно я не смогу всё сделать за завтрашний день, поэтому нужно выбирать с чего начать. И да, я думаю идти ли мне завтра на получение аттестата, то есть на мой выпускной. Просто, я не сделала то, что следовало сделать, но мои друзья очень просят меня прийти, так что посмотрим-посмотрим...

I wanted to write this post yesterday, but I have so many works and I could write only now. Even today, the time flew very quickly and I ca'nt believe that the evening has already arrived. My day started of get-togethers with friends. It was probably the most fun in the morning in my life! Then I went to the dentist. Well, it was a pleasant procedure and dentist in honor of the fact that tomorrow is my graduation, even gave me a bar of chocolate, it's so cute :)

And now I'm home, because on the street raining and when I gone to home, I had an umbrella, but when I had managed to come home, I was wet , he-he.

In general, I wanted to write about something else.

I decided that every day for a month I will upload photos of something that I see in the same specified time (16:00). It may be people, nature, food ... everything! And so I can see what I do every day at the same time.

Этот пост еще вчера, но у меня столько дел, что смогла написать только сейчас. Даже сегодня время летело очень быстро и не верится, что вечер уже наступил. Мой день начался с посиделок с подругой. Это было наверняка самое веселое утро в жизни! Потом я пошла к зубному. Ну это были приятные процедуры и стоматолог в честь того, что завтра у меня выпускной даже подарил мне шоколадку, это так мило:)

А сейчас же я уже дома, так как на улице ливень и когда я возвращалась домой, у меня был зонтик, но я всё равно умудрилось прийти домой мокрой, хи-хи.

А вообще я хотела написать о другом. 

Я решила что в течении месяца ежедневно буду выкладывать фото чего-то, что я вижу в одинаковое определенное время ( 16:00 ). Это может быть люди, природа, еда ... всё что угодно! И таким образом можно посмотреть, чем я занимаюсь каждый день в одно и тоже время.

SUNNY DAY OF SPRING

Hi! My mood improved and I am writing here. For several days, I haven't desire to do anything and write in my blog too, but today was a good day with friends. In addition, we had a very sunny weather. I have a this mood, that I'm just need have the sun.

Tomorrow, someone told, will storm ... well, we'll see! But I hope I can still do everything, that I wanted . I plan to go to the dentist, because I need to heal the gums, if I want to put braces.

And the first exam will after exactly one week, and it's a nightmare. I will take the exam on Ukrainian literature and language. I need to prepare for this, but I can't take myself in hands and to do it.

Привет! У меня настроение, кажется, уже немного улучшилось, поэтому я пишу сюда. Уже несколько дней, как у меня просто нет желания ничего делать и писать в блог тоже, но сегодня был хороший день с друзьями. К тому же у нас было очень солнечно. У меня такое настроение, что я просто нуждаюсь в солнце. 

Завтра же, говорят, будут грозы...ну посмотрим! Но я надеюсь,что смогу всё-таки выполнить всё, что хотела бы. Я планирую пойти к зубному, так как мне нужно вылечить десна, если я хочу поставить брекеты. 

А еще к первому экзамену ровно одна неделя и это кошмар. Я буду сдавать экзамен по украинской литературе и языке. Мне нужно подготовиться к этому, но у меня не получается заставить себя сделать это.

Hello dear! I hope now you have a good mood!

Today is the last day, when I write a post-task. And today I want to write about that I look like one of celebrity.

As for me, since I look like anyone of stars that I know, and nobody said that I look like one of celebrities (or I just don't remember).

But about two months ago I was walking on the street meeting the two men, who claimed that I look like actor Johnny Depp (ha ha). I was very amused, because I don't think that's true, although I really like this actor

And this is the end, because I don't know who of celebrity look like me! LOL

Сегодня последний день, когда я пишу пост-задание. И сегодня мне нужно написать о том на какую знаменитость я похожа.

Как для меня, так я не похожа на одну звезду о которой слышала, да и мне никогда не говорили, что я на кого-то похожа из знаменитостей ( либо я уже просто не помню). 

Но около двух месяцев назад я шла по улицу и на встречу мне шли двое мужчин, которые утверждали, что я похожа на голливудского актера Джонни Деппа ( ха-ха). Меня тогда это очень рассмешило, ибо я не вижу ничего общего у нас, хотя этот актер мне очень нравится. 

В общем, это всё, так как я не знаю на кого я еще похожа из знаменитостей! LOL

Memorial Weekend

Hey everyone! 

This weekend I experience a true American BBQ. Since it was memorial weekend, me and some friends went to New Jersey to have a BBQ. 

Apparently this weekend a BBQ is a must if you are an American and I had the opportunity to try the real American BBQ. We had so much food that I thought I was going to explode. My friends that had the BBQ are from Dominican Republic and their BBQ are not a joke. They have so much food that it cover days.

Paul George to Lakers?

Every day you hear new rumors in the world of basketball. Yesterday rumors that Paul George; the star of the Indiana Pacers, might go to the Lakers next season. This could be a great option for the Lakers in case Kobe is not coming back from his injury, but how productive can George be for the Lakers? Just because he is a star on the Pacers doesn’t mean that he will be a star on the Lakers. I mean just look how well it went for Dwight Howard. When the Lakers announced that Steve Nash and Dwight Howard were going to join the Lakers nation, I really believed that it would be over for the other teams; I believed that no one would be able to stop the Lakers, but you all can testify that this season was probably one of the worse seasons ever for the Lakers. This is why I don’t get hyped about new players coming to the Lakers. I wait until I see how productive the new players are before I hype up.

According to Lakers nation, “Indiana Pacers forward Paul George has Laker fans salivating about the possibility of the Los Angeles product becoming the heir to Kobe’s throne.” That was the biggest joke ever! I don’t care who you are in the NBA right now, no one can be close to Kobe Bryant. When the time comes and you have 5 championship rings or score over 81 points in a game, maybe then we can talk; until then lets have some respect for the king.

MY PROM DRESS

I wanted normally show the dress on myself, but I forgot to take the ribbons, so I can only show on these photo. This dress for prom.

Of course, that I will not go to prom. It would be stupid if I went with my parents where I know nobody. That would be boring.

But nevertheless, I'm going to get a diploma in this dress. Now, I just need to find a good pair of shoes without heels (it's almost not real) ... well, in any case,  then  I go in the keds, ha-ha;-)

Я хотела нормально показать его на себе, но я забыла ленточки взять, так что могу показать только так. Это платье на выпускной. 

Ну именно на сам выпускной я не пойду. Глупо было бы, если бы я пошла своими родителями туда, где я никого не знаю. Это было бы скучно. 

Но тем не менее диплом получать я пойду в этом платье. Теперь, мне нужно только найти хорошие туфли без каблуков ( это почти не реально )...ну в любом случае, если не найду, тогда пойду в кедах, ха-ха;-) 

Sunny Day At Bryant Park

Today has been a lovely day with the sun shining and the warm weather. For me it’s hard to find the motivation to want to go to school on days like this because I would rather be out enjoying the sun, rather than in a classroom, but we Berkeley College students have one great advantage with our midtown location – Bryant Park.  

Like I said, I believe that one of the best things about Berkeley College (besides the great staff) is the location. Everything is really close and within walking distance, and one great example of that is l Bryant Park. For those of you who don’t know where Berkeley College is located, I can tell you that Bryant Park basically is right outside our school. So on these sunny days we students don’t have to worry about missing out on the sun. Just take your school books, a couple of friends, and head out to that amazing green grass and enjoy. 

If you don’t have much time between your classes, you can always have your lunch there, either in Bryant Park’s own restaurant, or just pick something up on your way there. There are endless of places to eat around our school, everything from Mc Donald’s, Chipotle, the Halal carts or the tons of deli’s or restaurants; just pick something that you’re in the mood for and head to Bryant Park and enjoy the beautiful New York summer. Even though I love New York no matter the weather, there is something special about a warm, sunny New York day.
