Tattoos are still considered taboo?

According a research from Managment Issues, tattoos are still a huge deal when you are going to an interview for a job. Recruiters still have issues about the fact that customers can associate the company with what tattoos used to stand for, old prisoners or sailors, and give it a bad reputation. Other said that persons with big tattoos that can’t be covered look dirty.

But it also depends on where you are applying for a job, at a bank, store or hotel then it can still be a issue, but at a prison it’s welcomed for the guards to have tattoos, they say that it can be an icebreaker for the inmates and guards, a way to bond.

So what do you think, should tattoos be a problem, when applying for a job today?

Most important thing to bring to the gym

It’s around that time of the year when people realized that they have been stocking up themselves during the winter and now hitting the gym with hopes of getting ripped before the summer.

To get ripped in 3 months it’s not as simple as many people might believe but it’s not impossible. It requires two things to get there the first thing that is  important is dedication. Without dedication you will give up when things starts to get really tough, remember this, if it was easy then everyone would do it!
Dedication is the most important thing to succeed but sometimes it feels that we leave small things out and focus only on big things such as working out every day, lifting heavy weights and etc… but something people don’t think about  is  how do you remember exactly how many sets or reps or weights you did during your last workout? That’s why your number one thing in the gym should be a note pad where you write down everything you do in the gym and also what you eat during the day so you can keep track and make sure you are progressing.

You might think that this is not important and I thought that too until I really started to use it and I realized that every week I lifted more and my progress is amazing.

Honestly, I don't even know how I can read what I write but at the time in the gym my hands are always shaking from the pump.

Having Tattoos

Having tattoos are becoming a bigger trend every day. In New York you can almost see everyone walking around with tattoos and people seems to be proud over them.
I have tattoos too, actually four of them and people always ask me "did it hurt"? Of course they hurt you getting thousands of needles under your skin.
I have two stars, one on each shoulder representing my dreams, and then I have my sisters name written in Farsi (Persian alphabet)  one on each arm. The tattoos on my shoulders were my first tattoos and they did not hurt that much except for when the guy hit the nerve on my shoulder then I got scared because my arm died for a few minutes but the tattoo artist  told me it was totally normal. But my tattoos on my arms, oh boy that was painful. But the pain I took was a symbol of the love that I have for my sisters, no matter what I always will be there for them.
My next project will be my mother’s name on my chest  but I want to do something really nice with it.

Best tattoo spot is the Risen Dragon on 14th st ,  they are really good and its not that expensive.
The pain I was feeling! :)
