News on Kobe Bryant's Return

I can’t believe my eyes, Kobe Bryant is getting better and it seems like he will be back in a month to attend regular practices.

It was not long time ago when Bryant torn his Achilles, everybody including me thought that his career would be over. I got to be honest; at that point it really looked bad. He torn his Achilles and still made his free throws before walking out of the arena. You could see some tears falling down his cheeks and I respect that. He was not crying because of that game, he was not crying because of him getting injured, he was crying because he felt that he let his team down. 

After I saw his interview which was after the same game, I realized that this is Kobe Bryant and not an ordinary player. Kobe Bryant doesn’t quit and Kobe Bryant doesn’t give up. So when I saw the news a few days ago I couldn’t be happier to know that the Lakers still have chances to win championships.

Return of the King?

It has been weeks since Kobe Bryant got his injury during the Lakers game. Many have been speculating about his return, is he coming back or not? I was watching his interview after the incident with his foot and I have to say that it was touching. It is tough to see such a strong player cry in front of everyone, it shows how much this injury really hurt him and not only physically but also psychologically. I believe that he cries because he knows that he can’t help his team to win the Championship and in some way he feel that he let his teammates down. 

I strongly believe that Kobe will come back next season. If it was someone else I would doubt a return but Kobe is another animal. He doesn’t stop until he succeeds, and I really respect that.
